Watermelon and Blackberry Bone Broth Popsicles

Fresh watermelon and berries are the quintessential summertime snacks in the South, where our co-founder Katherine hails from. You may notice a trend here, but we can’t help but put bone broth into just about anything. I mean, why not? It’s nourishing, satiating, and so incredibly versatile, it’s no wonder this ancient superfood has been the base of just about all cooking in cultures around the world since basically forever ago. Bone broth popsicles are only the tip of the iceberg. Chia, kale, probiotics, turmeric, reishi mushrooms, all of these superfoods are amazing, but you’d be hard-pressed to find as many ways to use them as you would bone broth.

With all that said, let’s get down to the business of watermelon. For an ingredient that’s mostly water (about 92%), watermelon contains significant levels of vitamins A, B6 and C, lots of lycopene, antioxidants and amino acids. Combine that with all the benefits of bone brothand you have one seriously amped up frozen treat will leave the neighbors talking. Without further ado, I give you our knockout bone broth popsicle recipe. You’ll just have to taste it to believe.
