We’ve been pleasantly surprised that some of the most popular recipes from The Bare Bones Broth Cookbook are the ones for our bone broth smoothies. Kids especially love them, and they’re a perfect breakfast or snack solution for the warmer spring and summer months.
Don’t worry, they taste delicious! You can’t even taste the broth; you just enjoy the benefits of a real-food smoothie that’s packed with protein. We’ve been playing around with additional smoothie recipes this summer and have fallen hard for this Peach Bone Broth Smoothie concoction, made with the frozen peaches we got in our CSA last week. We love it so much that we’ve made it twice in the last week. So ditch that highly processed protein shake and sip on REAL food instead!
