Who are we celebrating with?
We celebrate with you! If it weren’t for our loyal customers, we would still be working out of a tiny kitchen, making bone broth for just a few of our friends and family. Thanks to the love and support of friends, family, customers, and the health community at large, we have a sea of people to celebrate this special day with.
What are a few reasons we celebrate bone broth?
Bone broth heals: Not only is organic bone broth tasty, when prepared with the healthiest ingredients possible, but it actually has healing powers.
Bone broth strengthens your bones: Yes, bone broth naturally has a high level of gelatin and consequently strengthens the bones of its consumers.
Bone broth is versatile: If you would use water in the recipe, you can probably use bone broth, in its place, creating a more dynamic flavor profile for that dish. Because of its health benefits, bone broth in place of water can also make a dish go from kind of healthy to very healthy.
Bone broth is delicious: It adds flavor and body to take your meals from zero to hero with very little extra effort
What is a food you can eat to celebrate?
Anything from the brand-spanking-new Bare Bones Broth Cookbook! But to be specific, we would celebrate with a hearty stew. Like maybe our Red Wine-Braised Short Rib Stew with Potatoes, Carrots and Mushrooms. For something lighter and more refreshing, try our Crispy Chicken Stew with Lemon, Artichokes, Capers and Olives.
Or what better way to battle the January cold and celebrate National Bone Broth Day than with our Paleo and Whole 30-friendly French Onion Soup (you’ll never believe what the crust is made of)?
Here’s to warmth and wellness!
