Leave the highly processed bone broth protein powder for the supplement junkies and fuel up using REAL, wholesome food. We’ve been asked too many times now if we’ll be coming out with a bone broth powder, and every time my eyes promptly roll back into my head. Candidly, we’ve looked into developing this product, but there’s just no way to do it without sacrificing the quality and integrity that can only be found in REAL from. Enjoy!
Chocolate Almond Butter and Chia Smoothie
Serves: 1 | Prep Time: 5 minutes
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup of coconut milk
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/2 banana
- 3/4 cup beef bone broth
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Soak the chia seeds in the coconut milk for a least three minutes.
Add everything to the blender and puree until smooth. Enjoy!
