Bone Broth Smoothie Bowl

Since summer is slowly coming to an end but the warm temperatures are still sticking around, we wanted to share with you a fun way to start a hot day. Acai bowls, green smoothie bowls, and pitaya bowls are all the rage right now, so we decided to join in on the fun and create our own version featuring, you guessed it–bone broth!

This recipe combines two healthy drinks, bone broth and green juice, into one cool, creamy, and yummy breakfast (or post-workout/afternoon/midnight snack). The possibilities are endless, just like the nutritional benefits. In just one smoothie bowl serving, it packs over 10g of protein, 15g of fiber, and lots of vitamins and minerals (including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron, Potassium). How can you say no to that?!

If you still need an excuse for eating something green for breakfast, think of it as a cold sorbet with your choice of toppings similar to a sundae bar (except try not to add chocolate sprinkles to it).

Get creative and enjoy!
