Bone Broth Pumpkin Spice Latte

Well, it looks like we’re officially into PSL season. Now you can suck down a whopping 50g sugar (1.5-2x recommended daily amount) in one latte. OR, you can make your own low-sugar alternative in minutes using REAL food ingredients! This version is rich, creamy, pumpkiny, and downright delicious. Bone Broth Pumpkin Spice Latte

Serves: 1 | Prep Time: 5-20 minutes

  • ½ cup hot, strong coffee
  • ½ cup warm chicken bone broth
  • ⅓ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup roasted pumpkin flesh (canned works too!) 
  • 1 tsp of agave or honey 
  • 3 dashes of cinnamon
  • A dash of clove
  • A dash of nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree smooth.

Garnish with cinnamon and nutmeg & enjoy!
