Matcha latte: likely your teenage daughter’s latest obsession. However, this asian staple promises health benefits to drink lovers of all ages. The matcha latte has long been used by the Chinese to detoxify and calm the mind. Latest recorded use was during the Song Dynasty from 960-1279 AD!
