Berry and Hemp Heart Smoothie
Serves: 1-2 | Prep Time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of classic beef bone broth
- 1 cup of mixed berries (raspberries/blackberries/blueberries/ strawberries)
- ¾ cup of ice (or bone broth ice cubes)
- ½ banana
- ⅓ cup hemp hearts
- ⅓ cup steel cut oats
- Drizzle of honey (optional)
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Boom. Enjoy!
